This service privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") has been established and is hereby published regarding the handling of information (hereinafter referred to as "user information") related to users of the "Continuing Habits" service provided by this operation (hereinafter referred to as "this operation service").
The Operated Services will not acquire, collect, or transmit any User Information, including personal information, to the servers of the Operated Services. Data entered into the application, such as records and settings, will be stored only within the device, and will not be collected externally or provided to a third party by this operation. However, this application incorporates a third party's ad serving SDK (Google AdMob), and identifying information regarding the device may be sent directly to such third party for the purpose of ad serving and effectiveness measurement.
In providing the Operator's Services, the Operator does not collect (and does not transmit to the Operator's servers) personal information such as names, e-mail addresses, location information, ad identifiers, device identifiers, or other user information. However, third-party SDK (Google AdMob) may send device identifiers (e.g., device identifiers, IP addresses, etc.) and usage information related to advertisements (e.g., ad displays, clicks, etc.) directly to the operator concerned for the purpose of ad delivery. This application does not use IDFA (advertising identifier) and is not tracked by App Tracking Transparency.
When users transmit data to external services using OS sharing functions, etc., such transmission is at the direction of the user, and this operation does not collect or retain such data. The handling of information associated with payment, distribution, and diagnostic functions provided by app stores and other platforms is subject to the policies of the respective operators.
Since this operation does not collect personal information, there is no purpose of use of personal information. Application functions are provided through in-device processing (local storage).
In the future, when providing online functions such as backup and synchronization, this policy will be updated in advance and user consent will be obtained as necessary.
Since this operation does not obtain personal information, it will not be disclosed or provided to third parties (not applicable).
This application uses Google AdMob to deliver third-party advertisements and measure their effectiveness; IDFA is not used and cross-application tracking is not performed. (Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details on how AdMob handles data.)
As a rule, we do not transmit user information externally. Data may be transmitted to the selected service only when the user explicitly uses a sharing function or the like.
As an exception, as mentioned above, information may be sent to AdMob for the purpose of ad delivery and effectiveness measurement. Subscription payments are processed by Apple's App Store, and financial information such as payment methods are not provided to this operation.
In addition, if a user has enabled OS backup and diagnostic functions (e.g., iCloud backup, sharing of device diagnostic and crash logs, etc.), data in the device and diagnostic information may be sent to the relevant entity. These are OS functions based on user settings, and this operation does not collect or retain such data. For details, please refer to the privacy policy of each operator.
Data for our services is stored in the terminal and protected by the OS sandbox and other mechanisms. Users are requested to take basic security measures such as locking the screen of the terminal.
